REFUND AND RETURN POLICY


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and our refund and return policy is designed to ensure a seamless process for you. Please review the following information

carefully to expedite your return:

 RETURNS PROCEDURE:

  • All returns should be sent back to us in the original branded packaging provided. Ensure that the SOLL E.A. 1/1 A.I. box is re-packed in a shipping box, mirroring the original packaging. Include your packing slip in the return shipment.
  • Notify us of your decision to return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. The returned item(s) should be unworn, and in perfect condition, with all SOLL E.A. 1/1 A.I. tags still attached.
  • Damaged, soiled, or unlabeled returns will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  • Returns received after the 14-day period will not be accepted.
  • If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at www.soll.store and soll@soll.sore
  • Faulty items (received damaged or with a manufacturing fault) can be exchanged if still in stock. Contact our Customer Care team at www.soll.store for more information.

 REFUND PROCESS:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you of its approval or rejection.
  • We accept unworn, unused, and undamaged items in their original packaging for a full refund, deducting the return shipment cost.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment, including delivery costs, excluding supplementary delivery costs for non-standard options chosen by you.

If you haven't received a refund, check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If the issue persists, contact your bank. If needed, email us at soll@soll.store.

 PERSONALIZED ITEMS:

Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized cannot be returned.

 EXCHANGES:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email soll@soll.store and send your item to SOLL E.A. 1/1 A.I., XXXXXXXXXX, Zagreb, Croatia.

 SHIPPING:

Mail your product to SOLL E.A. 1/1 A.I., XXXXXXXXX, Zagreb, Croatia. The return address is included on the DHL return label in your shipment. If you did not receive a return label, contact us at soll@soll.store. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
