ORDER PROCESS
Customers can order products 24/7 through an electronic form. The ordering process involves selecting the correct size, adding items to the cart, reviewing the order, and proceeding to checkout. Registration is required for purchase completion, with options for registered and guest users. Registration necessitates a valid email address and personal information. Order confirmation and shipment details are sent via email.
REGISTRATION
User registration requires a valid email, personal information, and a chosen password. Passwords can be changed in user settings. Registration is optional for guests during checkout but requires a valid email address.
Note: Users can pre-register on www.soll.store without a purchase, accessing their account via the “Login” option.
COMPLETING THE ORDER
After order confirmation, customers receive email notifications on payment and shipment details. Shipment confirmation serves as proof of a completed purchase agreement. Orders are processed on weekdays, with variations due to weekends and holidays.
SHIPPING
Customers must provide accurate delivery information, and order verification is their responsibility upon delivery. Shipping times depend on the delivery service selected. Customers receive a tracking number to monitor delivery status. Shipping times provided are estimates, and SOLL E.A. 1/1A.I. is not liable for customs-related delays or issues.
Note: Customers should be aware of customs fees for orders outside the EU.
DUTIES AND TAXES
All taxes for EU customers are included in the final item price. Non-EU customers may need to pay local sales tax, separate from the item price. Customers are responsible for verifying local customs duties before ordering.
VERIFICATION OF PACKAGE AT DELIVERY
Customers must inspect delivered products for damages upon receipt. Damaged items must be reported immediately, and customers have the right to refuse acceptance. Customers are required to verify the contents with the delivery note.
WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED
Customers receiving the wrong product have the right to request a replacement or terminate the purchase agreement. Refunds are issued upon the Seller’s receipt of returned items.
REFUSAL OF PRODUCT
Customers refusing products without valid reasons may be charged for associated costs. Delivery confirmation implies proper receipt, and refusal may result in additional charges.
Croatia Delivery Note: Customers in Croatia receive delivery notifications three hours before delivery via SMS or email.
International Delivery Note: Shipping costs vary by size, weight, and destination. Shipping costs for EU countries start from 15 EUR, and for the USA and the rest of the world, they start from 30 EUR.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payments can be made via PayPal. Customers are directed to the PayPal site to complete transactions securely. Payments made through PayPal are in EUR, with conversions based on the customer’s local currency.
CURRENCY DISPLAY STATEMENT
Prices on www.soll.store are quoted in euros. Users can choose to display prices in euros but should consider the information as indicative based on the CNB exchange rate.
INVOICE
An invoice issued by the Seller is included in the delivery box.
PRODUCTS/ITEMS
Products on www.soll.store are accurately described, with product descriptions based on Seller information. SOLL E.A. 1/1A.I. cannot guarantee complete accuracy and is committed to resolving any discrepancies, including refunds.
TERMINATION OF PURCHASE, AGREEMENT AND PRODUCT RETURN
Customers can unilaterally terminate purchase agreements within 14 days of product delivery. Returned products must comply with SOLL E.A. 1/1A.I.’s return policy, being unworn, undamaged, and unused. Customers must bear the return costs and provide evidence of the right to terminate the agreement.
Note: Customers must notify SOLL E.A. 1/1A.I. of their decision to terminate the agreement using the Form for Unilateral Termination of Agreement, sent to soll@soll.store. Termination confirmation is provided by SOLL E.A. 1/1A.I. The right to terminate does not apply in certain cases, such as when the service is fully performed with the customer’s explicit consent, or for customized or sealed goods. These revised terms are effective immediately upon publication on the website. They are available in English.
